Location
and Directions
From Orlando International Airport:
Follow RED/BROWN airport signs for "South Exit - Kissimmee via 417 /
Terminals A&B / Disney". Exit on South Access Road. Follow for approx. 4
miles. Move to right hand lane and follow signs for exit onto "417 South
to I-4". Turn right up ramp onto 417 SOUTH "Central Florida Greeneway".
Leave the 417 at exit 10 "John Young Parkway". Keep left after the toll
plaza taking “423 South”. Then follow directions "From Orlando".
From Orlando:
Take John Young Parkway south into Kissimmee. When you reach The Loop
Shopping Mall on the right, make a right turn on Osceola Parkway. At the
second set of traffic lights turn left into Dyer Rd. At the end of Dyer
turn right onto Carroll St. Venetian Bay Villages will be 2 miles ahead
on your left, just after Carroll makes a left hand bend and becomes N.
Hoagland Blvd.
From I-4:
Take I-4 exit 64 to "192 East". Follow 192 past mile marker
15 passing Medieval Times and then Wal-Mart. At the next traffic light
junction turn left into Hoagland Blvd.
Venetian Bay Villages will be on the right after approximately 3/4 of a mile.
